In close collaboration with the designers, builders, and homeowner, we ensured a seamless integration of technology throughout the space, with a focus on elegance and performance.

The grand living room features custom Italian ceiling speakers, thoughtfully designed to resemble pendant fixtures. These speakers—originally crafted for historic churches in Italy—provide expansive, room-filling sound within a challenging acoustic space defined by marble flooring, vast windows, and 30-foot ceilings.

Bang & Olufsen’s flagship systems were selected for the main living areas and the primary suite, offering unparalleled sonic clarity and design harmony.

In the club room, a McIntosh audiophile system delivers uncompromising performance and timeless design. We were honored to curate a bespoke vinyl collection for the client, spanning genres and featuring over 500 carefully chosen titles.

The sky lounge transforms into an immersive media space, anchored by a 120" fixed screen paired with a Sony Ultra Short Throw projector.

A full Lutron HomeWorks system, integrated with a Savant home automation platform, provides intuitive control and elevated convenience across the entire residence.
